Beginners program: In this class you will learn the basic self defence techniques and the fundamentals of the art which will quickly enable you to defend yourself in any situation. the class is open to students of all levels

 
Brazilian jiu-jitsu: In this class you will learn more techniques to successfully defend yourself against bigger and stronger assailants as well as having plenty of time to try out your moves in live training . Class is open to students of all levels

 
Submission wrestling: Our submission wrestling class deals allot more with wrestling style takedowns and  advanced jiu-jitsu it is very useful for self defence or those wishing to compete in BJJ, submission wrestling or mixed martial arts
 

Muay Thai:  is currently one of the fastest growing full contact sports in the world. The martial art in which nearly anything goes. With the combination of hands, shins, knees, elbows and grappling techniques, the body's eight weapons are used to defend and attack in the world's most powerful, direct and devastating art.

Mixed Martial Arts M.M.A: is a full contact combat sport that allows a wide variety of fighting techniques, from a mixture of martial arts traditions and non-traditions, to be used in competitions. The rules allow the use of striking and grappling techniques, both while standing and on the ground. Such competitions allow martial artists of different backgrounds to compete.
